Now our company has 6 furnaces for neutral borosilicate glass tube, 20 production lines, more than 400 machines for vials and ampoules, and the annual production capacity of 50000 tons of neutral borosilicate glass tubes and 5 billion pcs of neutral borosilicate glass containers.
Four Star is the first enterprise to mass produce pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass in China. The key production technology "production of pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass tube by all electric-melting Vello method" is the first in China. We won the national invention patent and rated as the national level specialized, new, small giant, high-quality key development enterprise, the white list of leading enterprises in the national key fields of industrial chain and supply chain, and the national key epidemic prevention and control guarantee enterprise.
Relying on key technologies and brands, a national sales network has been established, and long-term friendly cooperation has been established with more than 300 domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, including Beijing SINOVAC, Sinopharm Group, Cansino Bio, Zhifei Bio, etc. The products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions. The leading product pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass containers, have obtained the registration certification and activation of FDA DMF in the United States. It has been tested and certified by SGS, Shanghai Institute for Drug Packaging Materials and other authoritative organizations, and meets YBB, ISO, EP, USP standards in terms of physical and chemical properties, hydrolytic resistance, heavy metals and other indicators.
